Description[]
Duv is the chieftess of the Viper Clan. Duv is also known as The White Terror, a legendary goblin with large white wings. She was born as a gifted and unique creature and believes that she was imbued with her wings and special abilities by Maglubiyet, the 'God of All Goblins'. It is said that Maglubiyet causes a member of the Viper Clan to be born with wings capable of flight once every five hundred years.
When she was just a child, the Viper Clan was attacked by humans. The humans attempted to burn her alive, but she survived with burn scars on her left side and only her right wing intact. Now she seeks revenge and conquest of other races in the area. In order to do this, she needs to get her other wing back, and in order to do that, she needs the orb of bloodlight. In order to get the orb, she has commanded her tribe to enslave members of other goblin tribes and other races, and have them work in slave camps to excavate the dungeon in which the orb is held. After a confrontation with Saves, she is hit by a falling Biscuit, who proceeds to save her from drowning at the last minute, but then rips off her remaining wing.
Duv is a Powerful combatant, and prior to the loss of her last wing, was capable of limited flight even with one wing (or, at the very least, the ability to jump far higher than a normal goblin), and all appearances indicate that she is an effective military commander. Duv is most comfortable using small & thin diamond shaped blades to make multiplle deep cuts on her opponent (the blades are extremely sharp (shown slicing through swords) yet have no grip - Duv seems to hold them directly in her hands. She is also competent with a bo staff.
She is also the only goblin female to be shown with footwear, and one of many characters who have been maimed in some way.
It is possible that the character and her name are a play on the real-world song "Edge of Seventeen" by Stevie Nicks.
